This Open Concept Kitchen Renovation in Colorado Springs brought fresh life into a dated layout. Located in the Broadmoor area, this project focused on enhancing both functionality and visual flow.
The original kitchen and living room felt closed-off. To solve this, we removed a non-load-bearing wall. This simple change instantly connected the two spaces and created room to breathe.
We began with demo and framing, guided by a structural engineer. Then we also worked on the tear out of the old kitchen, which involved take out of old cabinets, counter tops, and more for prep of the new Kitchen. The new layout improved circulation and brought more light into the home.
Kitchen upgrades included:
Custom wood cabinetry with glass accents and wine storage
Polished countertops with soft gray veining
Subway tile backsplash for a clean, bright look
New island for prep, storage, and seating
Updated plumbing and electrical throughout
We didn’t stop there. In this project, our client also requested hardwood floor refinishing. That unified the kitchen with the living room and dining area seamlessly.
By removing the wall, the living area now flows effortlessly from the kitchen. Modern light fixtures, fresh paint, and new trim completed the aesthetic.
Our client shared that it "Was so much more open and modern."
That’s the power of a nice open Kitchen that homeowners can feel proud of.

We blend craftsmanship with thoughtful planning. Every layout is laser-leveled, every cut intentional. We’re not just remodeling — we’re reimagining your space.
