Lanny and Korban did an excellent job with our bathroom renovation. They moved our outlet away from the sink for safety concerns, added a fan for proper ventilation, lowered the floor to give more headroom in our small bathroom and also stabilized the foundation for the outside wall of our bathroom. I would highly recommend them, they are trustworthy and really listen!

They came out and fixed the backing in our subfloor and even did another corner for us that we didn’t even know was an issue at no extra charge. Can’t recommend these guys enough, great work all around!

Lanny and his team at Woods Contracting & Wire Works did an outstanding job on our new deck. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional.

Lanny came out within a couple of days to look at our balcony and provide a quote. His follow-up communication was excellent — he kept me informed about his availability and walked me through what the process would look like, which set great expectations without ever making me feel pressured. He showed up right when he said he would, every time.

One thing that really gave me confidence was his knowledge of the permitting process. He handled all of that seamlessly, which made the whole project feel like it was in capable hands. I felt very comfortable having Lanny and his crew around our house, especially with young children. They were respectful and trustworthy throughout.

The quality of work is fantastic. Lanny even helped me figure out how to avoid needing a new deck down the road (spoiler alert: I need a spray for carpenter ants!) That kind of proactive guidance tells you he genuinely cares about the long-term value for his customers.

I also added hanging hammocks at the last minute, not realizing what I was actually asking for. Turns out it was a full engineering project that required extra hanging boards for proper support. I'm SO glad I didn't try to DIY that — these hammocks are rock solid and won't come crashing down even if five kids pile into one at the same time.

Thanks, Lanny and team! We are super happy with our new deck. Highly recommend Woods Contracting & Wire Works to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a contractor you can trust.

I just needed to upgrade some wiring in my home. Truly a small project that is usually hard to find someone to do. Korban was prompt to respond to my request for a bid and prompt to get the job done. I highly recommend them for your project.

Korban was very professional & polite!. I personally appreciated that he conversed with us about where and how to add equipment aesthetically. Great job in cleaning up afterwards. 5 + stars for Korban!

We found a leak in the crawl space of our home. We called Woods Contacting and they discovered a leak in the wall behind our tile shower. They accessed the leak through the drywall from the bathroom outside the shower (saving having to do any re-tiling inside the shower). They discovered that a drywall screw had made a tiny pinhole in the cold waterline going to the shower valve when the shower was built years ago. They did a terrific job replacing the drywall piece they had to cut out to get to the valve. Perfectly matched texture and paint!
I would recommend Woods Contacting to anyone who values skill, honesty and reasonable pricing.
